Pricing & Registration Information

Here’s some important information about our pricing and policies:

Flexible Enrollment

You can enroll at any time of the year, any day of the week. You’re welcome to join an existing group whenever it suits you. We will ask you to fill in a quick form with your personal information and to take our level test to find the course that suits you best.

Course Duration and Pricing

The price of your course depends on the number of weeks you wish to study. For intensive courses, a minimum of 1 week is required. For semi-intensive and extensive courses, the minimum is 4 weeks. The longer you commit, the better the price! Discounts are already applied in our price tables, paying for more weeks upfront can save you money. You can also pay for a few weeks at a time and renew your payment when your current period ends.

No registration fee

We do not charge any registration or enrollment fees. You are free to come in and out without any extra charge, as long as there is a free spot in a course with the right level for you and if the “Absences and Flexibility” conditions are met.

Absences and Flexibility

We understand that plans can change. During your enrollment period, you can take a break of up to 10 consecutive days without any cost, provided you give us prior notice and have paid for or accumulated at least a 12-week enrollment in extensive or semi-intensive courses, or 8-week in intensive courses with a break of up to 5 consecutive days. Please note that isolated absences cannot be made up, so it’s your responsibility to stay informed about what you miss. You can contact us via WhatsApp or email for any questions about lessons and homework.  

Book Cost

The course book is not included in the price. You can purchase it on your first day at the school for €35.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made in cash, with a Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card, or via bank transfer before starting the course. For online courses, the school needs to receive the bank transfer before the first class. Payments can also be made at the reception on your first day.

Reservation of a Spot

To reserve a place in a group that hasn’t started yet, a deposit of €60 per student is required. This deposit will be deducted from your total payment when you enroll. This deposit is non-refundable unless the minimum 4 students per group is not reached by the beginning of the course. In this event, you will get a full refund of the deposit. 

Private Lessons

Private classes can be scheduled weeks in advance or week by week. If you have trouble attending a private lesson, you can switch to online mode on the same day. Cancellations are free if made at least 24 hours before the lesson; cancellations with less notice will be considered as completed lessons.

1 hour lesson = 55 minutes
